Over the years I have had a knee replacement and rotor cuff surgery on my shoulder. From the time I started taking deer velvet capsules the pain I had endured started to disappear.

Products can be ordered using our online shopping process. Placement of an order on Velvet Pure (Aust) Pty Ltd by the customer shall be deemed as acceptance of Velvet Pure (Aust) Pty Ltd Terms and Conditions. We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given.

Freight is payable by the customer and will be charged as per the advertised rates.

Velvet Pure (Aust) Pty Ltd makes every attempt to have orders processed as fast as possible. Most orders are processed and freighted out within 24-48 hours of order placement.

The price of the products will be the price quoted on the Web Site at the time of placement. Every care is taken to ensure pricing is correct but occasionally there may be an error and items may be mispriced. In the event that this may occur we will either; contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges. If you have delivery instructions for an order asking that your order be left, Velvet Pure (Aust) Pty Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage of that order. Velvet Pure (Aust) Pty Ltd reserve the right to send parcels out to customers by whichever means they see as appropriate. Due to external factors Velvet Pure (Aust) Pty Ltd cannot guarantee transit times as this is done by external organisations

Customers should inspect goods on delivery. If for any reason the goods are not in accordance with the contract of sale, the customer must provide written notice to Velvet Pure (Aust) Pty Ltd within 7 days from receipt of goods. External damages or shortages at the time of delivery must be noted on the carriers delivery receipt.

An exchange or refund may be issued using your original payment method, if the goods are found to be faulty or significantly different to those advertised. A credit will only be issued if the goods have not been opened and are in original condition. No goods will be accepted for return without prior authorisation by Velvet Pure (Aust) Pty Ltd.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall we, be liable to you or any other person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including lost profits, personal injury (including death) and property damage of any nature whatsoever, that result from (a) the use of, or the inability to use, any site or content, or (b) the conduct or actions, whether online or offline, of any user of a site or any other person or entity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
